It was an ideal and immaculately clean hotel with a lobby restaurant.

Well priced and luxurious hotel, the facilities were pretty nice. Fantastic friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay. Impeccably clean room, soundproof with comfortable beds. Perfect and magnificent location close to everything and easy access to shopping centers and a market.

The room was big size, with safe and unforgettable views of the ocean. The hotel was in a magnificent location, to the islands. And it's at a moderate distance from Kai Sushi Wok, ate there once or twice.

My a double room was brand-new with amazing view. I had delicious and wonderful breakfasts with soup, several type of breads plus pancakes. I was met by pleasant and incredible staff at the lobby.

Well-equipped room with see view, a perfect seaview plus the bedroom, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. The location magnificent and beautiful to Old Town or anything worth seeing.

My favorite property in Cartagena. Perfectly clean and luxurious hotel, very friendly staff and contemporary rooms. Perfect location to the Old City, and 10 minute walk from Museo Naval Del Caribe. Also - near other restaurants, easy access to taxis and the mall.

All in all it's exceptional hotel, we had a very good stay here. The favourable and beautiful location was close to Consulate of Canada. The property was placed within 0.5 miles of the airport.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the beach, the old town, and multiple restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and nice views. The bathroom has good water pressure and hot/cold options. The service is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is superb. The hotel also offers facilities such as a convention center and a clean, large oceanfront swimming pool on the 12th floor.

The check-in process can be slow at times.

I came here with my kids. The entire staff were helpful. All the services were EXCEPTIONAL. Took the advantage of the parking nearby. Ate at the lobby restaurant for dinner.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cartagena that was conveniently located close to the airport and within walking distance of the vibrant Old Town. The hotel was situated right on the beach, offering a picturesque view and the opportunity for enjoyable walks along the coast. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the city. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, with options to suit different tastes. the hotel had excellent facilities and room advantages, making my stay enjoyable.

The only drawback I experienced during my stay was a slight delay in accessing my room, as the elevators were temporarily locked due to a conference taking place in the hotel.

Overall clean hotel in a nice building really close to the beach which is nice to walk along as well as Old Town of Cartagena. Amazing service and a lobby restaurant onsite. With a bar in the lobby.

Excellent service offered in this hotel. The room was contemporary with immaculately clean bathroom and a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. Everything was really perfect, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly. Location: the property was really close to large shopping center, restaurants, bars, and a grocery store across the street.
